You must read and accept these Sales Conditions before completing your order. The submission of your order, therefore, implies the acceptance of these Sales Conditions.
Unless proved otherwise, the information collected by the CHAM3S.com site constitutes proof of the whole of the transactions made by the CHAM3S.com site and its customers.

The supply of our products and their prices are valid for as long as they are visible on the site, subject to availability. Goods are subject to availability of stock. Provision of goods not stocked in our shops is subject to availability with our suppliers.

If a product is no longer available after an order has been processed, we will inform you by email or by post as soon as possible. You order will be automatically cancelled and any monies debited from your bank account immediately refunded.

For payments made by cheque, in the case of one or all items in an order being unavailable, the choice of reimbursement lies with CHAM3S. This will either be made by directly crediting the customer’s bank account or by cheque within thirty days of any payment made by the customer.

5.1 - General conditions
Goods purchased on CHAM3S.com are delivered to the address you give during the ordering process. In the case of items having different delivery dates owing to their availability, the overall delivery date is set to accommodate the longest of these delays. Nevertheless, CHAM3S.com reserves the right to split orders and make multiple deliveries. You will only be charged postage and packaging for a single delivery. CHAM3S.com cannot be held responsible for the consequences of delays in transportation.
In the case of delay, you will be sent an advisory email. In this case and as long as the product has not been dispatched, you can still cancel your order.

5.2 - Delivery problems
You must notify the courier service and CHAM3S of any problems or complaints concerning the product(s) delivered (eg. damage to packaging, packaging already opened, etc) within three days of receipt of goods.

5.3 - You may claim under the following conditions of exchange and reimbursement, where they are applicable to the examples detailed within the following article.

5.4 - Product conformity
We undertake to refund or exchange those goods that are defective or do not correspond to those on your order. If this is the case, we ask that you send us a detailed written explanation of the error/damage and return the products(s) to us. CHAM3S.com will, according to your choice, exchange the product(s) or refund the cost. All requests for exchange or reimbursement must be made within seven working days of receipt of goods. Any request made after this period cannot be accepted. Goods must be returned to us, together with all elements delivered (accessories, packaging, instructions for use etc), in the same condition as you received them.

Delivery costs, according to rates charged, together with the cost of returning the goods to us will be reimbursed.
In any event, you are covered by the clauses of the ‘garantie légale’ or legal guarantee in French law, notably those concerning ‘vices cachés’ or latent defects.
The clauses of this article do not stop you from benefiting from the right to return goods as detailed in article 8 below.

Payment for goods must be made by:
- bank card (Visa, MasterCard, Credit Cards)
- or cheque

Refunds, in accordance with articles 5 and 8, will be made no later than fifteen days after we receive the products.
CHAM3S retains the right to choose the form of reimbursement, by either crediting your bank account directly or making out a cheque to the name of the customer who made the order at the billing address given.
No cash-on-delivery dispatches of any sort will be accepted.

You have seven days from delivery date to return goods that are unsatisfactory. You will be expected to pay the costs of their delivery and return. Only the cost of the product(s) will be reimbursed. This right of return only applies to products returned complete (including any accessories, instructions for use etc) and in good condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt. Products returned incomplete, broken, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.

As such and in accordance with the ‘Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle’ (Intellectual Property Code), these items are only authorised for personal use subject to the various different and indeed more restrictive clauses of the intellectual property code. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce all or any part of the CHAM3S website.

10.2 - Certain products, such as software, are subject to specific and personal usage rights concerning their copying, public broadcast and hire. You must respect the sales conditions for these products and CHAM3S.com cannot be held responsible for the use that might be made of these products in this case.

The service offered by CHAM3S.com may direct the user towards other websites. CHAM3S is in no way responsible for the information contained in these other sites.
CHAM3S is not responsible for any harm or damage associated with the use of information, products and services advertised on its site. CHAM3S.com cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information, text, images and other elements featured on the CHAM3S website.

The goods offered for sale conform to current French statute law and norms. CHAM3S.com cannot be held responsible for the non-respect of laws governing the country of delivery (eg. prohibition of a product). It is your responsibility to check with the relevant local authorities concerning the importation and use of a product you wish to order.
